Requirements

We are specifically looking for agents who:

• Hold an active Connecticut Real Estate License
• Are currently producing more than $1 million in annual sales volume
• Have at least 1–3 years of real estate experience
• Reside in Connecticut
• Are eager to learn, improve, and grow
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of their business
• Are committed to building a stronger pipeline and referral network
• Are comfortable adopting new technology and business-development strategies
• Are committed to utilizing Leadling to help grow and manage their business
