Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel About the Opportunity As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, your role will be vital in providing exceptional care to women before, during, and after childbirth. You will be responsible for meeting both the medical and emotional needs of your patients throughout the birthing process. Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages. Monitor vital signs for both mother and baby during labor. Identify and manage potential high-risk issues for patients. Educate and support families during the postpartum period. Requirements Current registered RN license. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN certifications. A minimum of eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Labor and Delivery setting.
