This individual should be a true hunter who excels at prospecting, building executive relationships, and winning competitive service contracts. Required Qualifications 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience selling outsourced services. Proven success selling into manufacturing, industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, government, distribution, logistics, or institutional customers. Demonstrated experience acquiring new clients through prospecting and business development. Strong history of selling six-figure and multi-year service contracts. Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills. Stable employment history demonstrating consistent career progression and long-term success.
