Depending on the department, you may operate machinery, assemble components, work on an SMT production line, perform quality inspections, or assist with material handling. Daily Responsibilities

• Operate SMT production equipment and support assembly processes.
• Load, move, and handle materials and circuit boards throughout production.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow detailed work instructions and maintain production accuracy.
• Identify and report quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Stand and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Skill Recommendations

• At least 6 months of manufacturing or production experience preferred but not mandatory.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Capability to work safely and follow instructions in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to learn manufacturing and production responsibilities including assembly, machine operation, and quality inspection.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
