Five Star Bath Solutions is a locally owned and growing franchise specializing in no-hassle bathroom remodeling services. We’re expanding in the Sioux City market and looking for a part-time, commission-only In-Home Sales Representative to help cover overflow and out-of-area appointments. All appointments are confirmed and provided — no cold calling.

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals seeking flexible, part-time income, as well as retired or semi-retired individuals who enjoy working with people and helping homeowners improve their living spaces.

In-home sales experience and familiarity with construction or bathroom remodeling are a plus, but what matters most is professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with homeowners. Responsibilities:

• Personally selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates.
• Applying our proven sales closing techniques, offering solutions to customers' issues and objections.
• Maintaining monthly and annual quotas.
• Completing paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.
• Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through all necessary follow-up and communications.

Qualifications:

• Scheduling Flexibility: Available to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation: Required for frequent local travel to client appointments. Applicants should be comfortable with — and ideally enjoy — spending part of their workday driving.
• Willingness to Grow Professionally: Open to learning and developing new skills.
• Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills required; ability to build trust and connect with homeowners is essential. Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required. A college degree may substitute for equivalent experience.
