We're looking for motivated, coachable individuals who enjoy working with people, setting goals, and challenging themselves to improve.

As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll receive hands-on training while developing real-world sales, communication, and customer relationship skills. You'll work with customers to introduce telecommunications and technology products and services, understand their needs, and explain available solutions.

You don't need previous sales experience. We're looking for people who bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

Connect with prospective customers face-to-face to discuss their product and service plan options.
Introduce telecommunications and technology products and services.
Learn to identify customer needs and communicate appropriate solutions.
Build professional relationships through clear, respectful communication.
Work toward individual and team performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity through CRMs such as Salesforce.
Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
Apply feedback to strengthen your sales skills and performance.

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, athletics, fundraising, or another customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment: Full-time W-2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Work arrangement: On-site
