Full Cycle Recruiter - Corporate & Strategic OperationsLocation: Chicago, IL 60607Pay Rate: Starting at $38.00 per hour (DOE)Duration: 5 month contractOverviewWe are seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to support hiring across Corporate and Strategic Operations functions throughout the U.S. and Canada. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent from Associate through Senior Manager levels. The Recruiter will own the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding support.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Lifecycle RecruitingManage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple concurrent requisitions.Source, engage, and attract passive and active candidates through various recruiting channels.Maintain a high-volume recruitment workload while ensuring a quality candidate experience.Manage approximately 15-20 active requisitions simultaneously.Stakeholder & Hiring Manager PartnershipPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies and recruitment plans.Lead intake meetings, sourcing strategy sessions, and ongoing recruitment updates.Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine job descriptions.Advise hiring teams on interview structure, evaluation criteria, and hiring best practices.Build strong relationships with leadership and influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights.Candidate Experience & Recruitment OperationsDeliver a positive, professional, and transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding timelines, expectations, and opportunities.Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics including: Time-to-fillCandidate conversion ratesPipeline healthOffer acceptance ratesRecommend and implement process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.Required QualificationsMUST HAVE2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceHigh-volume recruiting experience, including managing multiple open requisitions simultaneouslyProven ability to source and engage passive candidatesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skillsExperience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders throughout the recruitment processAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsNICE TO HAVEBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field3+ years of recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for: Corporate functionsOperations rolesExperience influencing and advising senior-level leadershipWorking knowledge of Oracle ATS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Strong analytical and reporting skillsExperience using recruitment metrics to guide hiring decisionsExperience creating, improving, or scaling recruiting programs and processesTop Priorities for Success1.
