We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship with integrity and professionalism. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and/or electrical systems. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, communicates well with customers, and works efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities may include troubleshooting service calls, performing installations, ensuring all work meets code requirements, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. We value reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. Competitive pay based on experience. Licensing and certifications are preferred but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings.
- Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades according to industry standards and local codes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient system operation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and completed work.
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and job documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and applicable building codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all job sites.
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials responsibly.
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including participation in on-call rotation if applicable.
- Work collaboratively with team members while also being able to operate independently.
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical service and installation (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Trade license or certification preferred (Journeyman, Master, EPA certification for HVAC, etc.) but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals (as applicable to trade).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform job-related physical tasks.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation, if applicable.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
