Title
Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Schedule
Nights - 12HR: 7P-7A
36 and 48 hours per week available.
1 weekend shift per week or 2 weekend shifts every other weekend.

Assignment Details
Contract Duration: 16 weeks or longer.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week.

Requirements
- Active NY RN license
- AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP, C-efm fetal monitoring certifications
- 2 years of recent experience in labor and delivery
- 2 years of U.S. work experience required for non U.S. candidates
- Charting experience with EPIC, OBIX

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on childbirth and postpartum care.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures in the care of patients.

Compliance / Notes
- Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule.
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Must work at least 1 holiday per contract.
- May float to mother/baby and NBN as needed.
