Project Manager

Overview Own and drive delivery for specific projects. Facilitate meetings, build roadmaps, project plans, and track action items. Perform cost-benefit analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Build relationships with stakeholders and partners to ensure project success. Deliver projects in a fast-paced environment with high visibility. Department Overview GWAM AI Delivery Leads are responsible for driving execution of AI use case milestones against roadmap schedules. They act as conduits between AI Technical Solutions Delivery Leads and AI Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless information exchange, progress reporting, and timely escalation of risks, issues, and blockers. General Accountability Support day-to-day delivery of GenAI use cases across GWAM. Partner with resources and functions across GWAM to optimize delivery. Conduct project planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management. Manage and execute programs/projects in a fast-paced environment. Analyze large datasets to propose solutions and improvements. Responsibilities Identify scope, constraints, and critical paths with leadership. Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and execute delivery plans. Work independently or with team members on GenAI initiatives. Gather requirements from business units through interviews and stakeholder engagement. Document process planning and execution plans. Oversee execution of prioritized use cases and escalate issues as needed. Support leadership with analysis, planning, and reporting. Ensure service and quality excellence with continuous improvement focus. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and scope. Manage project resources, including motivating and coaching staff. Partner with functional teams to define business requirements. Lead teams of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Define test plans and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Prepare rollout plans and procedures. Present cost-benefit analyses and updates to steering committees or sponsors. MUST-HAVE SKILLS 8–10 years of proven project management experience, including people management and team building. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated, self-starter with initiative to drive progress. Ability to build deliverables, project roadmaps, and conduct cost-benefit analysis. Proficiency with PowerPoint (PPT). NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS Exposure to financial services or sales. Experience working on AI programs. Experience collaborating with technology and DevOps teams. EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS MBA or related advanced degree preferred. PMP or PMI certification preferred. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT Ability to engage stakeholders at the right time and drive resolution.
