What Youll Do

As a Commercial Maintenance Business Development Manager, you will focus on building and growing recurring maintenance partnerships while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Converting existing landscape installation clients into long-term maintenance accounts
Generating and managing $800K+ in annual maintenance revenue
Selling enhancement services including landscape lighting, irrigation, seasonal cleanups, turf care, and additional property improvements
Creating accurate estimates and professional proposals with a goal of presenting within 3 business days
Prospecting new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, referrals, community involvement, and cold outreach
Building strong relationships with property managers, commercial clients, HOAs, and residential customers
Maintaining healthy project gross margins between 5260%
Collaborating closely with operations and production teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish

What Were Looking For

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, self-motivated, and confident in their ability to develop business and close deals.

Qualifications include:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven sales ability with confidence presenting proposals and closing opportunities
Highly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
35 years of landscape, horticulture, maintenance, or related industry experience preferred
Experience with CAD software, estimating, or landscape design is a plus
Valid drivers license required

Compensation & Benefits
