Lauderdale (On-Site) Job Type: Contract-to-hire Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Salary: $23 - $25 per hour Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Onboarding & Operations: Help coordinate new hire onboarding, from background checks to first-day setups. Employee Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day employee questions about benefits, leaves, and HR policies. HR Records & Systems: Maintain accurate employee records, update HR systems, and ensure HR compliance. Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Culture & Initiatives: Support employee engagement events, recognition programs, and training sessions. Skills Onboarding (2 years of experience is preferred) HRIS (2 years of experience is preferred) Multi-tasking (2 years of experience is preferred) Customer Service (2 years of experience is preferred) Handling Confidential Information (2 years of experience is preferred) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
