Sr. Program ManagerFinancial Controls - assuring programs are performed within specific program award budgetsResponsible to lead a team of program managersSchedule controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirementsContractual submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirementsCustomer relations – develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customersOther important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, quality assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing proceduresA thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is requiredA minimum of 8+ years of experience managing complex programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a mustBSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred – Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience preferable but not requiredAll candidates must meet the US persons criteriaSalary range: $140-$175K/yr.Please note: The salary range is based on our market pay structure.
