Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting with a 1:2–3 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions using the EPIC electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions in a fast-paced critical care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an ICU or similar critical care setting
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system required
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity intensive care environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
