Status: Seasonal Shift: 2nd Shift Availability: Weekends and holidays availability required.

About the Role

As a Public Area Attendant, you play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for every guest who visits the resort. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, enjoys staying active throughout their shift, and works well independently while supporting a larger team.

You'll help maintain the appearance of public spaces throughout the property, ensuring guests experience a clean and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, guest hallways, and restrooms
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and organize resort common areas
• Keep elevators, glass surfaces, windows, and doorways clean and free of fingerprints or debris
• Vacuum carpeted dining room areas before opening
• Empty trash and waste receptacles throughout the property
• Clean and sanitize public, employee, and dining room restrooms
• Deliver guest requests to rooms as needed
• Work independently to complete daily cleaning assignments and team goals
• Support additional housekeeping or resort duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and stay motivated throughout the shift
• Dependable, team-oriented, and flexible
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests and coworkers
• Previous housekeeping, sanitation, laundry, or guest service experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent walking, bending, stretching, and standing throughout the shift
