Sr. Salesforce Solutions Architect(Finance, Automotive, Hybrid)

Sr. Salesforce Solutions Architect (Finance, Automotive, Hybrid) This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead Salesforce architecture initiatives within the automotive finance sector. The position is based in a hybrid setting in Atlanta, Detroit, Dallas, or Houston, and involves designing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Role Overview: Partner with stakeholders to lead architecture design, manage end-to-end implementations, and ensure high-performance Salesforce environments. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions Lead design and implementation across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds Build prototypes and POCs to define solution direction Ensure architectural alignment, security, and data scalability Resolve blockers and drive solution delivery in an Agile environment Document process flows, data models, and technical specifications Guide development teams on security, sharing rules, and automation best practices Define and review user stories and acceptance criteria Participate in grooming and stakeholder alignment Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in an architecture role Hands-on leadership across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies Experience with large data volumes and complex data migration Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field Certifications (Required): [Specify certifications] Preferred Skills: Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms Hands-on with CRMA, Tableau, or advanced analytics tools Familiarity with Automotive Cloud or Financial Services Cloud Background in auto finance or manufacturing industries Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/Sharing & Visibility) Additional Details: Seniority Level: Director Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr Optomi
