Key Responsibilities Design and build new tools, dies, fixtures, and gauges. Repair and maintain existing tooling to ensure production efficiency. Operate a variety of machine tools, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDMs. Interpret blueprints, scheCAD models, and technical drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances. Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools. Troubleshoot and resolve tooling-related issues during manufacturing processes. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool design and performance. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
