Join us on this meaningful journey where your leadership, clinical expertise, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) – Charge Nurse who excels in this role:Oversees daily clinical operations and ensures continuity of care across departmentsServes as the primary clinical resource for staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teamsProvides leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff during assigned shiftsAssesses unit needs and prioritizes staffing assignments and patient care activitiesCoordinates admissions, patient flow, and room placementEnsures delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered careMonitors patient care activities to reduce risk and prevent errorsProvides direct patient care as needed based on unit demandsEnsures accurate, timely, and compliant documentationOversees completion and accuracy of Interdisciplinary Care PlansSupports Quality Indicator (QI) processes and performance improvement initiativesPromotes adherence to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and best practicesSupports staff development, education, and a positive work environmentAssists with staffing, scheduling, productivity, and operational workflowsWhat we're looking forApplicants should have a current state RN license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:CPR/BLS certification requiredCRRN certification preferredBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferredMinimum of two years of experience in rehabilitation or acute care setting requiredPrevious leadership or charge nurse experience preferredStrong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsSchedule3x12, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), rotating weekendsWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
