Job Captain (4 1/2 day schedule)Partnered with several great firms helping with Job Captain openings due to growth.Responsibilities:Support the project team with the design and construction documents from concept through construction.Coordinate with consultants and manage submittals, RFIs, drawing updates, and construction phase documentationSupport communication across the project team to keep schedules on trackParticipate in client updates, and when needed and assist with project manager tasksSupport project team communication and collaboration to maintain schedules and quality controlQualifications:6+ years of experienceProfessional degree in ArchitectureProficient in RevitUnderstanding of building codes, permitting, and construction detailingExperience at managing multiple deliverables and deadlinesGood communication skills and the ability to work both independently and with a teamWhat We Offer:Comprehensive Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical coverage - 401(k) with a 6% match.Work-Life Balance: 4 ½ day work week (half day Friday).
