Here’s what we offer

• $70,000-$120,000 yearly depending on experience. Overtime is available but never mandatory! IRA with a 3% Match. Employee discounts on parts and rentals. • Mechanics are the top of the trades; you need time away from work. Time off helps you face the day-to-day challenges of being a mechanic. 5-day work weeks, 2 weeks PTO to start with which grows after employment, Paid holidays, Flexible schedule, need to work late one day so you can be late the next day for personal or family reasons we can make that work, all our employees have families, so we know the unexpected.
• We will keep you busy, we pay hourly, there’s no book time, you're guaranteed a paycheck never worry if the project fights or is uncooperative that’s part of the industry and you shouldn’t be hindered because of it.
• Want to learn and tackle something new? Absolutely, make your wage while expanding your mechanical knowledge. We offer onsite and company paid visits to the factory for OEM training, Kubota Engines, ASV track loaders, Wacker Neuson compaction products, Skyjack products and Heli forklifts. Not to mention the endless amounts of investment H2 has put into software and manuals.
• One of the biggest expenses mechanics have! You provide the basics we cover everything else! Why would any company expect you to pay out of pocket for a tool that gets used once a year!? H2 doesn’t! Not only that but H2 supplies all the tooling in all service trucks! Your tools stay in your box, if you take a call you shouldn’t worry about not having the correct tool on site because you left it in the shop.
