Position SummaryNovra Corp is seeking an Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning, organization, and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. This role is perfect for individuals who are organized, energetic, and eager to develop experience in event coordination.
Responsibilities- Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events
- Coordinate event schedules, materials, and logistics
- Welcome attendees and provide event assistance
- Maintain organized event records and supplies
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with registration and attendee coordination
- Monitor event activities and provide updates to supervisors
- Support post-event reporting and inventory organization
- Perform additional event-related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light event materials
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings and weekends
