What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests visitors staff and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the cultural venue including public areas event spaces entrances exits and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents guest concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized access disruptive behavior and other security-related concerns.
• Document observations incidents and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Possess at least 4 years of military or law enforcement experience or a criminal justice degree.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
