The clinic delivers a varied and rewarding caseload across general practice and urgent care, including wellness, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, so comfort across these areas will be important. You will work within a well-resourced, thoughtfully designed clinical environment, supported by state-of-the-art equipment and an in-house technology platform that takes the weight of admin off your shoulders, freeing you up to focus on what you do best. Appointments are scheduled at 30-minute intervals. A full schedule would be 16 appointments per day. If you enjoy urgent care, you have the freedom to increase the caseload of your hospital by offering walk-in services. The leadership aspect of this role is just as important as the clinical one. You will play a central part in guiding and developing a team of veterinarians, setting the standard for clinical quality, and helping to foster an environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to do their best work. Collaboration with clinic management on the broader performance and direction of the practice will also form part of your remit. This is a practice that has been built with its people in mind.
