Terminal Operator

We are looking for a TERMINAL OPERATOR to join our Durham, NC location. As a Terminal Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee product receipt, storage, and shipment, while coordinating logistics with internal teams, customers, and transportation partners. About the Role Coordinate rail and truck receiving, loading, and dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory records. Mobile Equipment Operation. Perform maintenance on equipment. Ensure the terminal runs efficiently and in compliance with Safety regulation. Responsible for all terminal maintenance and preventive maintenance to ensure no breakdowns. Communicate any issues with Terminal Manager or Operations Manager. Collect product samples for quality assurance and report supply or quality issues. About You A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience. Experience inspecting and performing basic repairs on equipment. Logistics or inventory management experience.
