Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 1 and 6 month retention bonuses – Hybrid

Location: Jacksonville, FL Setting: Clinic-Based

About Us

Bloom is a multispecialty, clinic-based practice owned and operated by a practicing BCBA. We provide programs within the ABA, Speech, OT, and Feeding departments catering to individuals from early intervention through young adulthood. Our environment is clinically focused and sustainable, allowing BCBAs to do meaningful work without being pushed to maximize billable hours at the expense of quality or work-life balance.

The Role

We are seeking clinicians who value clinical autonomy and want to focus on quality care and long-term sustainability. This role is a hybrid position; while services are primarily in-person in the Jacksonville area, we offer flexible scheduling with select work-from-home days and remote parent training options.

• Bonuses after 30 days of employment & 6 months of employment (bonuses are commensurate with years of experience and credentialing)

Requirements: Current BCBA certification. Experience providing supervision and developing treatment plans. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
