Our team is busy and system-oriented. We prioritize the use of the latest technology in order to provide the highest quality patient care. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during various procedures including restorations, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry treatments. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Take and develop dental X-rays and utilize 3D scanners for diagnostic purposes. Manage patient records using EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic while ensuring HIPAA compliance. Record vital signs and medical history accurately prior to procedures. Maintain infection control standards through proper aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures. Provide chairside assistance with dental terminology and medical documentation to ensure accurate record keeping. Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care instructions. Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and assisting with billing or coding as needed. Ensure the clinic environment adheres to safety protocols and infection prevention standards. Qualifications Active Florida RDA license required Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general or surgical dentistry Proficient with digital charting and dental software Knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards Exceptional communication and patient care skills Positive, team-oriented attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr RADIANT SMILES DENTAL LLC
