Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the current school year. This rewarding opportunity allows you to work with a manageable caseload of students ranging in age from 5 to 21 years old, supporting individuals who are Blind or Visually Impaired and those with Multiple Disabilities.

Position Details

• Students Ages 5-21
• Population Includes Blind/Visually Impaired Students and Students with Multiple Disabilities
• Manageable Caseload
• Immediate School Year Need

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists, and educational staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Support students with expressive, receptive, social, and functional communication skills
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
