Shift Type: 10-Hour Day shifts, 8:00 AM start, includes 2 full weekends per month, first to float

Candidate Pay Rate: $65.82 - $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and endurance
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using MEDITECH

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Proficient in MEDITECH charting system
• Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication with patients and healthcare team
