Our client, a highly respected personal injury law firm, is seeking an Alabama/Mississippi-licensed Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on experience managing personal injury matters from start to finish while working alongside an experienced legal team.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.The Associate Attorney will take an active role throughout the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, including:Managing a caseload from intake through resolutionGathering and reviewing medical records and other case documentationConducting discovery and responding to discovery requestsTaking and defending depositionsCommunicating with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and other partiesEvaluating case strategy and assisting with negotiations and settlementHelping move cases efficiently toward resolutionAttorneys at all experience levels are encouraged to apply.
