What you will do as a Molding Operator:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce quality plastic components.
Perform visual inspections of molded parts using the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and mold book to ensure products meet specifications.
Remove finished parts from molding machines and package products according to packing instructions.
Count, weigh, label, and package products accurately into totes or boxes.
Load raw materials or components into molds and unload finished products as required.
Move finished products and materials to the next stage of production.
Complete production paperwork, including production counts, scrap reports, downtime, and labor reporting.
Identify and report machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35-50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow written work instructions and standardized procedures.
Basic math and counting skills for packaging and documentation.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
