- Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce quality plastic components.
- Perform visual inspections of molded parts using the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and mold book to ensure products meet specifications.
- Remove finished parts from molding machines and package products according to packing instructions.
- Count, weigh, label, and package products accurately into totes or boxes.
- Load raw materials or components into molds and unload finished products as required.
- Move finished products and materials to the next stage of production.
- Complete production paperwork, including production counts, scrap reports, downtime, and labor reporting.
- Identify and report machine malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35-50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and standardized procedures.
- Basic math and counting skills for packaging and documentation.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
