EssentialDuties and Responsibilities: TrainAdvisors to greet every customer that enters our facilitywith hospitality and the highest level of respect TrainAdvisors to present the best solution to properly repairour customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy forthem to understand Managethe store’s workflow in an effective and efficientmanner TrainAdvisors to possess the ability to consistently andeffectively sell our services without jeopardizinghonesty and integrity Maintaina positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times Usethe phone in a professional manner, always with theintention of creating a long-term relationship betweenthe store, yourself and the customer Superviseand direct employees Preparebusiness goals for each month as well as each year Toact in a professional manner that reflects thequality organization you represent Alwaysproject an attitude of honesty and integrity Direct,coordinate, and participate in performing customer serviceactivities as dictated by workload Ensurethat all work is performed to proper specifications Assistother employees as needed Requirements Educationand/or Experience Preferences: Fiveyears related experience and/or training; orequivalent combination of education and experience. Graduationfrom an industry recognized service training program alsopreferred by not required. Certificates,Licenses and Registration Preferences: Current driver's license Proofof minimum state required insurance on personalvehicle. Drivingrecord acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
