Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engages in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring clear communication across care teams. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred. Licenses: Active RN license. Experience: No minimum required; less than 2 years preferred. Preferred Attributes Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
