What You'll Do:

Lead complex water resource projects across planning, design, permitting, and construction phases, ensuring technical excellence and quality deliverables.
Mentor and direct junior to mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Collaborate with cross-departmental leads and managers to achieve project objectives and maintain client relationships.
Uphold best practices and technical standards, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.
Serve as a positive representative of the firm, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Provide problem-solving expertise, troubleshooting challenges, and delivering high-quality solutions.
Monitor projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless client interaction and project success.

What You'll Need:

3+ years of related experience in water resource or civil/environmental engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) or EIT license.
Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design, public works, and water resource systems.
Proficiency in construction calculations, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge of field instrumentation and technical software, including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools.
Commitment to quality with a motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented mindset.
