Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Backup Driver

Pay : $21-23

Shift : 1st (8am-5pm)

Location : Seattle

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Backup Driver to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately pulling orders, staging shipments, and loading delivery trucks. When needed, you will also serve as a backup driver to assist with product deliveries. This position requires experience operating warehouse equipment and the ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pull customer orders for the produce department.
• Prepare, stage, and verify orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate pallet jacks, rider jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Work in cooler and freezer areas throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse organization.
• Serve as a backup delivery driver when needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and food-handling guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order-picking, or distribution experience.
• Experience safely operating pallet jacks and rider jacks.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products regularly throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience driving a box truck or making deliveries.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in food distribution, produce, or cold-storage environments.

This role is based in a warehouse setting with frequent work in refrigerated coolers and freezer areas. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SEATTLE, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
