As our Global Market Development Manager , you'll help shape the future of wound care by identifying and building entirely new growth opportunities across retail, pharmacy, e-commerce, and consumer health channels. As Global Market Development Manager, you'll lead the search for untapped opportunities beyond our current business model. You'll combine customer insight, market trends, commercial thinking, and entrepreneurial curiosity to create future-focused growth strategies across emerging channels including retail, Amazon, pharmacy, and OTC environments. You'll work globally, partnering with teams across Marketing, Commercial, R&D, Business Development, and Digital Enablement to transform ideas into scalable growth platforms.
