About the Role

• We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) fluent in Vietnamese and English to join our team. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English and a passion for empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to individuals in areas such as personal care, communication, and community engagement.
• Facilitate skill development and promote independence
• Support individuals in recreational, educational, and sporting activities.
• Communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English in support individuals
• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing and dressing.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required

Requirements

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English required
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Clearance of background check
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Shift/Time

• 40 Hours weekly
