Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Provide care for step-down patients with a 3:1 patient ratio
• Manage floor patients with a 6:1 patient ratio
• Titrate drips such as heparin, insulin, anti-hypertensives, and more
• Collaborate with clinical associates and charge nurses to deliver patient-focused care
• Utilize the EPIC charting system for accurate documentation

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Current RN license and BLS (AHA) certification
• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Ability to float to other floor/stepdown units as needed
• Comfort with both CPAP/BiPAP equipment and titrating a range of critical drips
