Shift hours may vary depending on department. Overtime opportunities available. What You'll Do * Operate CNC machines to produce precision medical components * Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, indicators, and other inspection tools * Verify parts meet blueprint, GD&T, and quality requirements * Perform tool changes and basic machine adjustments * Conduct preventative machine maintenance and monitor coolant, lubrication, and machine condition * Complete first article inspections and in-process quality checks * Maintain accurate production and quality documentation * Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives * Work closely with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met What We're Looking For * CNC machining experience * Ability to read and interpret blueprints * Understanding of precision measuring equipment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability * Basic math and shop math skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus Qualifications * Medical device manufacturing experience * Experience holding tight tolerances * GD&T knowledge * CNC setup experience * CNC programming experience * SPC experience * CNC machining degree or technical training The pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
