Talent Acquisition Consultant needs 7 years experience
Requires:
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience including creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Experience recruiting for sales organizations ideally supporting teams of approximately 2025 sales professionals.
- Professional services recruiting experience.
- Experience working for a competitor organization is highly preferred.
- Sales recruiting experience and the ability to understand the sales talent market.
- Healthcare industry knowledge particularly exposure to organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) UnitedHealthcare and similar healthcare-related companies.
- Strong communication relationship-building influencing negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
- Ability to engage passive candidates build talent pipelines and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in hiring sales professionals and can demonstrate success in engaging and closing passive candidates
- Hybrid 3 on 2 off
- Sales recruiting experience and the ability to understand the sales talent market.
- Agency recruiting experience combined with professional services with a proven track record of successfully placing sales professional
- Proven success working with and influencing Key stakeholders within leadership
- Proven success and knowledge of Health & Benefits Consulting industry
