Key Selling Points

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and automotive repair work efficiently and professionally

• Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVI) and document vehicle condition and service needs

• Diagnose and repair brake and suspension concerns

• Perform brake pad and rotor service

• Inspect and replace belts and hoses as needed

• Perform timing belt and water pump replacement

• Use Autel and Snap-on scan tools to support automotive diagnostics

• Work within the shop’s Mitchell 1 and Bolt On systems to support an organized workflow

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience

• Proven track record as an automotive technician

• Experience performing scheduled maintenance, brake, suspension, belt, hose, timing belt, and water pump repairs

• Some automotive diagnostic experience

• Comfortable using automotive scan tools

• Computer skills and ability to complete digital vehicle inspections

• Professional, organized, passionate about the automotive industry, and interested in continued growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Flat-rate compensation

• Reported earning potential of $100,000-$130,000 annually; actual earnings depend on production under the shop’s flat-rate pay plan and are not guaranteed

• Technicians average 50+ flagged hours per week

• Paid weekly on Monday
