We are looking for a warm, patient, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team. This role focuses on creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow. Candidates should be reliable, engaging, and passionate about early childhood care. Schedule
Monday–Friday
8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Full‑time, 1 position available Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, hands‑on care to toddlers throughout the day
- Support developmental milestones through age‑appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
- Follow center policies and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Experience in childcare or toddler classrooms preferred
- Education in Early Childhood (CDA, coursework, or related degree) preferred
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a structured, nurturing environment
Pay rate based on experience and qualifications.
