Job Description A Fabricator is responsible for completing the following duties: Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles Fabricate Parts to tolerance Update paperwork and reflect any changes Operate forklift and cranes according to safe operating procedures, including acquisition and maintenance training certificate Qualifications Reliable attendance is critical Able to work in a team environment Able to read blueprints Read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” gradations on tape measure Convert feet to inches and vice versa Convert Fractions to Decimals Expectations of Employees Operate equipment in a 100% safe manner following appropriate regulations, policies and procedures Assembly is completed according to a planned schedule Work meets all quality standards and attention to detail Embrace Core Values: Serving Others, High Integrity, Strong Work Ethic, Culture of Opportunity & Long‑Term Relationships Maintain a clean and organized work area Good attendance and punctuality Able to work in a team environment Traits of Successful Employees Desire to build long term relationships Exhibition of good communication skills when working with fellow employees Ability to tolerate physical demands of the position Ability to complete tasks according to planned schedule Willingness to help out where needed Employee Benefits Weekly paycheck Boot reimbursements up to $125 Medical insurance – company covers 75% of premiums Dental, and vision Insurance Paid vacation 401K retirement account with 5% company match On the spot bonuses up to $100 #J-18808-Ljbffr
