We're excited to bring Mia's Table to Sugar Land and are currently building our opening team ahead of our anticipated late June 2026 opening! At Mia's Table, we believe great food brings people together. Known for our Southern comfort food, warm hospitality, and family-friendly atmosphere, Mia's Table is more than just a restaurant it's a place where guests feel at home. As we prepare to open our newest location, we're looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwashers who take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently. This role is one of the most important positions in the restaurant, helping support the entire kitchen team during busy service periods. What You'll Do: As a Dishwasher at Mia's Table, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen while supporting the overall success of the restaurant. Responsibilities include:

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Operating and maintaining dishwashing machines and sanitation equipment
• Keeping dish and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked
• Assisting with kitchen cleanliness including floors, trash removal, drains, and work areas
• Properly disposing of garbage and recyclables
• Supporting kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when needed
• Restocking supplies and helping maintain organization throughout the kitchen
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health department procedures
• Working efficiently during busy meal periods to keep up with restaurant demand
• Communicating and collaborating with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting with additional cleaning and kitchen support tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and work with urgency during busy shifts
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to assist wherever needed to support the team
• Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety practices preferred
