Call Coverage : No Call Type : No call Average Amount of Call Back Hours : No call # of Providers Needed : 1 Reason for Coverage : Maternity Leave Practice Setting(s ): Outpatient/Hospital-Based Leadership Position/Required to Teach : No Patient Population : 100% Adult % Outpatient vs Inpatient : 100% outpatient Average # of Patients Per Day : 10-15 per day, except for On Treatment Visit Days Trauma Level Designation : N/A Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc. : Varian equipment familiarity ideal, tumor board participation for owned patients EMR/Documentation : ARIA for treatment, EPIC for clinical Additional Notes : Linear accelerators are on-site at Cancer Center with clinic. Clinic support includes RN & MA. Physics, dosimetry and therapists on-site.
