Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a PT
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health
• Qualified applicants MUST have an active Physical Therapist license
• Be willing to obtain Florida or compact licensure

As a healthcare professional in a Home Health setting, you will:
