Job Overview The Manager of Digital Analysts oversees the Digital Analyst team to ensure delivery of technology solutions for key stakeholders, develop and implement best practices, and create strategies for improving the development process. Key Responsibilities Manage and coach the Digital Analyst team members and act as technical lead on medium to large technical projects. Plan and execute strategic technological directions and work with business partners to understand and deliver solutions. Apply strong communication skills to engage team members and stakeholders. Provide technical leadership across modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and enforce coding standards through reviews and best practices. Troubleshoot complex issues using strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Partner with Architecture and Infrastructure on cloud planning and development; support applications in Azure, AWS, or GCP. Drive CI/CD and test automation practices to improve delivery and reliability. Guide development using modern architectures (REST APIs, microservices) and frameworks (React, Blazor), including mobile considerations as needed. Apply networking fundamentals to support application design and troubleshooting. Promote Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and continuous improvement. Collaborate with analysts to monitor application KPIs and enhance user experience. Manage risks, contractor relationships, and competing priorities across multiple projects. Facilitate cross‑functional alignment and act as a trusted partner to leadership and key stakeholders. Stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in application development. 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role. 0–10% travel. Work schedule: 7AM–5PM, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to meet business needs. Benefits Competitive, merit‑based compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
