Compensation & Benefits: As a growing and essential company, we have many opportunities for growth and development within the medical industry and are committed to providing the resources and training you need. Pay is market competitive and negotiable based on your experience. Full-time employees will be eligible for a variety of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $30.00 to $32.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. We are looking for a Per Diem Respiratory Therapist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer oxygen therapy via the devices and techniques as ordered by a physician. Administer respiratory medications as ordered by a physician. Set-up and maintain mechanical ventilation as ordered by a physician. Assist in weaning and discontinuance as ordered by a physician. Assess resident condition and provide therapy/treatments accordingly. Provide tracheostomy care including tube changes as ordered by a physician and/or facility policy. Perform airway management, suctioning. Educate and train patient/family prior to discharge.

REQUIREMENTS:
