This assignment involves a 13-week contract at a 100-bed facility located in Klamath Falls, OR, with a start date of October 10th. This role requires flexibility working variable days and afternoon shifts to support the hospital’s pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense medications and counsel patients according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication management.
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems to manage prescriptions and inventory control.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Oregon pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule focusing on afternoons and variable shifts.
• Skilled in using EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems.
