Responsibilities: 

• Lead, supervise, and motivate employees while fostering a positive team environment. 
• Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
• Provide outstanding customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner. 
• Scoop ice cream, prepare coffee beverages, pop fresh popcorn, and assist customers with purchases. 
• Train and support team members to ensure excellent service and product quality. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting appearance throughout both stores. 
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers. 
• Monitor inventory levels, restock products and supplies, and communicate ordering needs. 
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently followed. 
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. 
• Assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth daily operation of both shops.

Qualifications: 

• Previous management, retail, or food service experience preferred. 
• Strong leadership and customer service skills. 
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask. 
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
• Comfortable handling cash and supervising employees. 
• Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines a plus.
