This is a 100% remote position providing telehealth therapy to patients 13+. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon and/or California. We empower our Therapists to practice at the top of their license with the support of our clinical care team, while reaching patients within their communities.What our Mental Health Therapists find at Minute Clinic:Autonomy to build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without the burden payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older.Evidence-based care and access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.Career growth and professional development within the organization.In-depth training, development, and support.Required QualificationsCurrent, active, and unencumbered independent State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon, and/or California.Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapyPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skillsProven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and healthDemonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirementsEvidence of strong crisis intervention skillsPrevious experience in a mental health clinic or hospital settingEducationCompleted Master's degree program from an accredited College or University.Current, active, and unencumbered independent State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon, and/or California.Bring your heart to CVS Health! The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
